Connect
Not everyone who moves helium needs a platform of their own. Connect is the app for the rest of the chain — carriers, drivers, container owners, and smaller distributors — a single place to plug into any operator running a Cosmos, without running one yourself.
The Problem
“I find out a load moved when a driver texts me a photo of the paperwork.”
When a producer or distributor runs a real operations platform, the participants around them usually don't. Carriers take dispatch by phone. Drivers update status by text. Container owners chase their ISOs through email threads. The operator's system is only as current as the last person who remembered to call it in — and everyone downstream is flying blind between updates.
The answer isn't to make every carrier and driver buy an enterprise platform. It's to give them one simple app that speaks the operator's language.
What It Is
Connect is a standalone SaaS app — nothing to deploy, nothing to integrate. You sign in and you're part of the operation: the loads assigned to you, the containers in your custody, the requests waiting on you, and the documents you need, all live and in one place.
It works with any operator running a Cosmos. Update a load from the road and the operator's system knows instantly. Submit a fill request and it lands in the scheduler's queue. No email, no phone tag, no transcription errors — and you only ever see what pertains to you.
Who It's For
Drivers
See the loads assigned to you, capture status and paperwork from the road, and keep the operator and customer updated in real time — without a single phone call.
Carriers
Receive assignments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and manage your drivers and trucks against live load schedules from every operator you work with.
Container owners
Track your containers across the whole chain, see their status and load history, and authorize other companies to use them — even when they're sitting on someone else's site.
Distributors & customers
Submit fill requests, view contracts, invoices, and BOLs, and swap an ISO from one fill slot to another — the participant experience already proven in live helium operations.
How It Fits
The largest players — producers and major distributors — run their own sovereign platform, a Cosmos. The wider ecosystem plugs into those platforms through Connect. And Nexus links one operator's Cosmos to another. Together they form one interoperable chain with no single hub in the middle.
Cosmos
A private, sovereign system that models and runs a producer's or distributor's entire operation. Theirs to own.
Connect
The shared app for carriers, drivers, and container owners to participate in any operator's Cosmos — no platform of their own required.
Nexus
The exchange layer that lets two sovereign Cosmos instances transact directly — custody, invoices, compliance — without an intermediary.
The Network Effect
The more operators run a Cosmos, the more worthwhile Connect becomes for the carriers and drivers who serve them — and the more the ecosystem lives on Connect, the more valuable each operator's Cosmos becomes. The whole helium chain gets smoother, more visible, and more resilient as it converges on one shared way of working.
And it stays sovereign. Connect never becomes a marketplace that owns the data or sits between the parties. Each participant sees only their own slice; each operator keeps their own system of record.
Status
The participant experience at the heart of Connect — fill requests, load status, BOLs, container swaps — is already in production inside live helium operations. We're now packaging it as a standalone app so the whole ecosystem can join, not just one operator's customers. If you move helium and want in early, we want to talk.
